Loving Memories
Gwendolyn Ann Epps Kennedy was born on February 23, 1958 to the late Williams Epps Sr. and Lorine Little Green in Thomasville, North Carolina. Her precious memories came to a quiet closure on May 30, 2016. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She attended the Thomasville City Schools system and was a member of Union Baptist Church. Gwen will be remembered as a very friendly, loving and caring person who touched a lot of people’s lives. With her giving spirit she opened her home and heart to people in need. To know her was to love her and Gwen loved people. She never met a stranger! Gwen’s hobby was dancing and often became the life of the party. Her grandchildren will remember her as their number one supporter.
In addition to her parents, Gwen was preceded in death by her grandparents: Rich and Lucille Epps and step-father, Wade Green Jr.
Leaving to cherish her memories are her children Michael Kennedy of High Point, NC and Taneka Kennedy of Thomasville, NC; two grandchildren: NyKristian Kennedy and Karisma Bell; six brothers: Jerome Epps of High Point, NC, William (Elaine) Epps, Lester (Evelyn) Epps, James Pullin, and William Junious all of Thomasville, NC, and James Junious of Brooklyn, NY; five sisters Thomasina Morris, Annie Mae Little, Carol Pullian all of Thomasville, NC Joyce Gordon of High Point, NC and Helen Wilson on Rosedale, NY; Godmother Ms. Minnie Ray of Thomasville; two god children: Falon “Koosie” Rainey and Roy Goring; two grand godchildren Ju’Lyrikal and Za’Kiyah Williams and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins other relatives and friends.
Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
