On December 26, 1999, God released an angel named Dezmond Alexander Williams in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was gifted to Mattie Williams for six thousand eight hundred and seventy-five days. Dezmond entered into heaven to accompany his eternal father on October 23, 2018.
Dezmond was a senior at High Point Central High; a future graduate with the class of 2019. Dezmond’s plan was to become a minister. He was naturally gifted with the word of God. Willing to evangelize to everyone; Dezmond would minister and sing everywhere-in his neighbors, school and home.
Family and friends will fondly remember Dezmond outgoing personality. He was compassionate, sincere and joyful. He had divine wisdom to connect to everyone he met and was genuinely concerned about their welfare. Family and friends will remember all the lessons and sermons he shared. Dezmond was a sharp dresser. Dezmond will be missed by all who God allowed to cross his path.
Proceeded in death by his grandmother, Alice Boiger Jackson; niece, Porchia Renea Williams; uncle, Pvt. William Jackson and aunt, Everline Jackson.
Leaving to cherish is memories are his mother, Mattie Williams of the home, his siblings: Christopher Williams, Anthony Williams, Demetrius Williams, Shavonda Williams and Jessica Williams all of the home; Danny (Monica) Williams, Dennis (Nicole) Williams, Tabitha (Wendale) McInyre, and Yolanda Williams all of High Point, NC; Sharonda Williams of Greensboro, NC; Erica Williams of Kernsville, NC and Danielle Williams of Charlotte, NC, Anthony, Dtrevis, Adriane, Diamond, LaMecca, and Janinna; biological mother, Joyce Murry, grandfather, Pete E. Jackson, Sr. ,aunt, Mary J. Gilkes, uncle, Earnest Jackson, Jr., three special friends of the family; Angelica Green, Kenyota and Tanya Fuller and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
