Obituary
One July 23, 2020, God dispatched his angels to Forsyth Medical Center to the bedside of Felicia Ann Huntley Jackson to accompany her “Home” to eternal rest. Summoned to that celestial realm of eternal repose, she was granted her wings to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Felicia’s earthly life began on June 22, 1961 to the late Valuer and Ellen Mae Fant Huntley in Thomasville, North Carolina. She received her formal education from Thomasville City school system with the class of 1979. Her career path was a Certified Nursing Assistant and a First Responder.
Planted in her faith Felicia received Christ at an early age and remained faithful under the leadership of Apostle James H. Carter at Cornerstone Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith. Her ministries were Pastor-Aide, Women Auxiliary, Gospel Choir, Usher and Youth Activities.
Felicia married Jerry Jackson, Sr. in 2011, together they has a strong family tree. She was the mother she were meant to be; caring, loving and supportive. Felicia enjoyed living life to the fullest.
She will be remembered as a good person, a jokester who was kind hearted, trustworthy, and outspoken. She loved softball, writing stories, plays, and poetry. Her favorite pastime was watching cartoons and the Food Network Channel. She will be missed by all!
Leaving to cherish her fond memories includes her husband, Jerry Jackson, Sr. of the home, one daughter, Katrina Jackson of Thomasville, NC, two sons, Randy Jackson of Lexington and Jerry Jackson ,Jr. of Ohio, eight grandchildren, three sisters, Sharon Ruff, Pavla Huntley Valarie Huntley all of Thomasville, NC, four brothers, Napolean Huntley and Gary Huntley both of Thomasville, NC. Nathan (Vandora) Huntley of Roanoke, VA, and Kevin Huntley of Lexington, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
