Obituary
William Marvin Graham son of the late Willie and Beulah Davis Graham was born on March 17, 1938, in Bennettsville, South Carolina; and he departed this life on December 14, 2022.
“Bo”, “Bo-Pep” or “Pops” as William was fondly known by will be remembered as a loving husband, great father, wonderful grand-father and friendly neighbor.
Planted in faith William was a former member of New Hill Church in Bennettsville, South Carolina and Living Waters in High Point, NC prior to him joining First Missionary Baptist Church where he was a proud member and enjoyed singing with the Sanctuary Choir and Men Choir. William was very active, he attended senior social groups at the Senior Center and Ball Park Community Center in Thomasville, North Carolina. Other times William enjoyed watching WWE wrestling and western movies. He was an entrepreneur. Family will forever honor William for his lessons of life and ability to fix anything.
William was proceeded in death by his parents, three sisters, Annie Douglas, Christine Williams and Cleo Worley; five brothers, Leroy “Skinner” Graham, John T. McCall, Leneale McCall, John L. McCall and Lency Boldlin; two children, Anthony Oliver and Cassandra Smith.
William leaves to cherish his memories to his wife of 25 years, Gloria Smith Graham of the home; three children, Franklin Smith Jr. of Texas, Dawn (Rozell, Jr.) Foster of Florida and Jack (Linda) Smith V, of High Point North Carolina; one son-in-law, Samuel “Reggie” Smith of Connecticut; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two sisters, Mary Williams of Bennettsville, SC and Betsy Bright of Maryland, a very special friend, Otis Kirby and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
